Thomas Smith
Thomas Smith has written poetry since high school for a number of reasons, including encouraging his wife to marry him. His first book in verse, <em> The Search for King: A Fable, </em> was published in 2022. It was recently named to the 2023 Skipping Stones Book Awards Honors List. He has published haiku and limericks in <em>Soul by Southwest, Fireflies' Light, Frog Pond, cattails, </em> and <em>Blythe Spirit. </em>Smith, a physician, lives in Austin, Texas, with his family. He is a parishioner at St. Michael’s.
