Thomas Smith
Thomas Smith has written poetry since high school for a number of reasons, including encouraging his wife to marry him. His first book in verse, The Search for King: A Fable, was published in 2022. It was recently named to the 2023 Skipping Stones Book Awards Honors List. He has published haiku and limericks in Soul by Southwest, Fireflies' Light, Frog Pond, cattails, and Blythe Spirit. Smith, a physician, lives in Austin, Texas, with his family. He is a parishioner at St. Michael’s.
